The acar P7 RJ is a device similar to the model acar P7 NET, but unlike the latter, it provides surge protection of ADSL terminal appliances. It is provided with protected RJ11 jacks as standard phone ports. As well as protecting seven socket outlets 230V (including 5 with an earthing pin) it also allows to connect and protect standard telephone, fax or ADSL modem. The acar P7 RJ is particularly recommended in areas where telephone line is supplied to the building by means of overhead wires, notably exposed to electric charges generated in the atmosphere.
